Helloooo, friends! Welcome, welcome! It's Release Day at The Greetery, so everything goes live at 10am EDT!
I've been soooo excited to show you these tags I made using the new Tag Team Duo product collection! I started off with the Tag Team Duo die and cut out my tags from colored card stock, two at a time, thanks to the big die!
Next, I used the Tag Team Duo Stripes and Dots Stencils, to dress them up. OHHHH man, was this fun! You could literally do that step and nothing else and they're already stinkin' cute and I'm not even kidding! I love this whole collection, can you tell? But then, I've been a fan of making tags since way, way back so these are right up my alley! But they should be right up your alley too, because they make it so darn EASY!
I even think that these would make great bookmarks....maybe without so much extra stuff piled on them! Haha!
Also, notice that I've used a couple of stencils today, that I didn't use in yesterday's post! There are dots and also a really wide stripe!
After the tags were stenciled, I die cut all of the labels from white card stock and then I used the brand new Opposites Attract and Opposites Attract Holiday HOT FOIL PLATES (releasing today!!) to glam these sentiments up with some gold foil! In some cases, I added a companion Opposites Attract sentiment stamp to the labels. You could also use the new Tag Team Duo Labels stamp set, to stamp a border around each of the labels.
I should probably call these 'stash buster tags' because that's exactly what they are! Haha! My next step was to raid my die cut basket that is always right next to me on my desk, and I pulled out all sorts of leftover stamped die cuts and layered them on the tags, tucked behind the labels.
THIS, my friends, is precisely why I love to make extra die cuts when I sit down to stamp and then save all the leftovers! You never know when you're gonna find something to use them on!
I made a few tags with the year-round Opposites Attract hot foil, that aren't holiday, and then the rest are all Christmas tags.
PRO TIP: Even flowers that maybe aren't necessarily 'holiday-ish" take on a decidedly holiday feel when you tuck in some pine branches with them!! If you notice, I used allllllll sorts of flowery bits and bobs, and in most cases, just added some Botanicuts Pinecone boughs in with them, and voila! Holiday feel!

I have one more card for you today because I had a hard time stepping away from the new Year In, Year Out 2022 die and hot foil plate, too! Haha!
I seriously can't wait to use all of the goodies in this release again! I told you yesterday, this is a GOOD ONE!
One thing I love about the Year In, Year Out collection (besides the versatility of it for a variety of different occasions!), is that I also feel like it can really read as masculine OR feminine, depending on your color choices and how you treat it.
In this case, I made a card that I think would work well for a guy graduate or a girl, if need be.
And I mean, look how simple. I just die cut that big, gorgeous die, added the hot foil 2022 and stamped the teeny sentiment. I popped some of the stars and dots out and left some in place, and glued it all to the card front. Easy peasy. It's a crazy fast and easy card to make, but has such a WOW factor!
Also, if you have never had the joy of experiencing gold foil on a beautiful teal cardstock, well trust me when I say it was a thrill for my eye balls when this baby rolled out of my Vagabond....and I wish you all the same experience!! LOL!
