Hello, friends!!! I have a bit of an epic post for you today! Haha!! The Greetery is releasing a new collection of stamps and dies (mostly dies!!) called All Wrapped Up, filled with all sorts of things to help you dress up your gifts this Christmas! But in typical Greetery style, everything is so versatile, that of course you can use it all on cards, too!
I have more than 20 photos to share with you (and I paired it down so as to not overwhelm you!! lol!) because I could not stop creating!! Once I pulled out the vintage printer drawer to use as my tray, I had the best time filling it up with all sorts of goodies that I'll be able to use as gift tags and toppers when I sit down to do all our gift wrapping for Christmas!! Can't wait!
Everything will be available at The Greetery tomorrow morning at 10am EST! So you don't have long to wait!
I'll also be sharing lots more on Instagram today, so be sure to head over and check it out if you want a closer look at everything!! Eeeee!
I think I can safely say this is my favorite release of the YEAR and I had more fun crafting with all of this, than I have in ages! SO MUCH GOODNESS! Let me show you.......
The photo above is like a picture of my heart! LOL....there are bits of all of my favorite things.....vintage goodness, paper crafts, my favorite colors.....gah. Love.
Above: I used the new Tear Strip Tags die to cut out the long tags -- the die cuts out four tags at a time, and then I stamped them with the coordinating stamp set, which stamps them four at a time! SO fast and easy!
The round tags were created with the center portion ONLY, from the new Round About Winter Foliage die. You'll see more about the foliage part of the die in a minute, but I took the circle that is die cut from the center of the foliage, and used a hole punch to turn it into a tag. I stamped each with a sentiment from the new Tagged Elegance stamp set.
Above: I die cut all of those strips with a new line of Ribbon Maker dies, designed to help you create paper ribbon!!! Genius! And the best part is, The Greetery is also releasing new rolls of paper to make it super easy to do! Four colors...red, white, kraft and black. The paper is much thinner than card stock, so it wraps around packages easily! Keep scrolling and I'll show you!
I never knew how much fun it would be to create paper "dried orange slices", but I could make these all. day. long! The ink blending opportunities are endless for making them look super realistic!
PRO TIP: Don't just grab your orange ink for this. Pull out your yellows, reds and even PINKS to blend with your orange! It'll make for WAY more interesting and even realistic looking slices!
PRO TIP: Also, the die impresses some lines into the back layer of the orange. See on the orange bit above, how there are lines to give the orange slice some texture? I very quickly and NOT carefully, ran over those lines with some colored pencils in darker shades of pink, red, and even burgundy, after I blended ink on. Just go over them lightly with the colored pencil of choice, but doing so will give them even more dimension, when added on top of your blended ink!
Ok, so our assignment was to make a set of 3-5 tags. As you can see, I went a little overboard. Hahaaaaa!! But that's because these are so darn fun and SO DANG PRETTY and the combinations are literally endless!
So, take a look at the details in the photo above. All of them use the new Round About Winter Foliage Die which, by the way, I think is absolutely brilliant. And that is because of all that you can do with it.
The tag die has that pretty foliage around only one side of the circle. So you can just use it once by itself, or you can stack up a couple of them, still keeping the foliage only on one side (see the green and turquoise tag bottom left, and the one with the orange slice on the bottom right). In each case, I stacked up two die cuts, but kept all the foliage to one side. On the kraft one, the tag hangs with the foliage on the side, while the green/turquoise one hangs with the foliage on the bottom.
Side note: Picture both of those options on a card! CUTE!
For this one, I couldn't resist cutting some of those Round About Winter Foliage dies from my favorite glitter card stock (linked below), and some white, and stacking them all up, rotating all of the foliage to make a complete circle. I mean.....{insert heart eyes!!}
I die the same on the tag above, but this time in my beloved pink & red color combo!
I also used the smaller of the two new Crimped Circle Tag Dies, and just tied it in front of the stack of Round Abouts.
PRO TIP: If you just tie them on like I did here, the smaller Crimped Circle Tag will want to hang just a bit lower than the Round About circles. (You'll see what I mean when you try it.) A small dab of glue on either side of that tab at the top, will hold the front tag in place perfectly!
For the tags above, the foliage is peeking out from behind a larger tag. I used one of the new Crimped Circle Tags dies with the new Banner Gift Tag die on top, and added one of the Round About Winter Foliage die cuts behind so it peeks out the bottom. Then, I used a bit of glue and glitter, to glam up the foliage a bit!
PRO TIP: The large Crimped Circle tag is quite a bit bigger than the Round About Winter Foliage Tag, so when you adhere the foliage to the back, it'll not be lined up perfectly. To finish off the back and make it more clean and polished looking, simply die cut another Crimped Circle tag and adhere it to the back.
So sparkly in real life! You'll see some of that better, in my Reels on Instagram today!
Ok, so this is what all I made with the clever new Tear Strip Tags die.....I love it that you cut four tags at once, and can also stamp all four tags at once! So fast and easy! And they look darling added to other die cuts. You'll see that below!! Keep scrolling! :)
Some detail pics for you!
Oh, and notice on that eucalyptus, I die cut it from solid card stock and then added some simple ink blending for shading along the base of the leaves. I did the same thing on the ruscus die cuts. You'd be surprised what just a quick bit of ink blending will do to really bring a foliage die cut to life and make it more interesting!
I wrapped up some gifts to show you lots of these new elements in action! These are not empty boxes wrapped up as props! These are actual presents for some of our actual people! :) Confession time: I'm gonna need to die cut a LOT more die cuts for all my gift wrapping because it is WAY too fun pulling things out of this tray to use!! But also, every time I use some, I think, "I need to die cut some more to add back to that little cubby!" Haha!
I usually put floral picks on our gifts every year and then we save and reuse them from year to year. But of course, the ones that I give to people outside of our house, we don't get back and honestly, picks have gotten much more expensive than when I first started using them on gifts years ago. I love that I can pile on the die cut picks for just the price of the paper, now that I have the dies!!
PRO TIP: If you want to save your die cuts and reuse them, don't even bother taping or glueing the to your gifts. Mine are all just tucked snugly under the ribbon, so they'll be easy to pull out and reuse after Christmas. (Or the recipient can reuse them.) And not only that, but just think.....that baby's breath or that eucalyptus could be used on all sorts of year-round type cards after Christmas, because they're not specifically Christmas elements! They're just foliage so they can be used with all sorts of flowers on cards!
Here, I used the new Big Branches Pine dies, Big Branches Eucalyptus, and Big Branches Baby's Breath, paired with a Dried Citrus Slice and one of the Tear Strip Tags!
To make that realistic looking baby's breath, I die cut it from green card stock, and then used a Posca acrylic paint pen in white, to dot on some paint at the tips! I went over it twice, to get the white nice and bright and in real life, this stuff looks really realistic! Crazy!
The photo above, shows you both sides of the Ribbon Maker scallop dies together!
PRO TIP: You don't have to wrap the ribbon all the way around the package! If you want to save a bit of paper ribbon, you can just wrap the ribbon across the top and sides and not have it running all the way across the back. Totally up to you, but it will save a little time and paper, if you skip covering the whole back...especially if you're just going to be stacking packages like I did here.
Above, I used more of the Big Branches Pine, this time paired with Big Branches Ruscus and Big Branches Mistletoe.
And as promised, here are a few of the elements used to make a darling card that coordinates with my wrapped gifts!!
I topped my citrus here, with one of the new Loopy Bow Builder dies!
PRO TIP: I used two different colors of loops for a bit of a twist! (See what I did there?! Twist?! Loops! Haha!)
For the Mistletoe here, I used the die cut white berries as well as some white enamel dots. Mixing it up a bit, just adds some additional texture and depth.
One more group shot because......happy sigh!

I hope I have inspired you to create your own big tray of gift topping options!! Seriously, you don't need a vintage printers drawer to make your own epic spread! Just grab a tray of any sort and a few smaller containers. Think small teacups or little saucers or ramekins. Even small planters and the like. Just some little dishes to help hold and divide up your assortment of goodies. And then, just die cut to your little heart's content!!! I will say though, be prepared to fall in love with making your own dried orange slices! And the best part is, no oven required, no sticky fingers and you can keep and reuse these again year after year!
PRO TIP: Search dried orange slices on Pinterest for a million ideas for garlands, table decor, etc that you can also make with your little paper citrus slices!
