Hi, friends! Today, The Greetery is beginning introductions on their darling new Christmas collection called Recollective Holiday, based on lots of Betsy's memories of childhood Christmases with her dear Grandma, who LOVED Christmas! It's such a sweet collection that includes some really unique and fun products, as well as some items that I think will become well-loved "basics" that can be used year round! Let's dive right in, shall we?
First up, is one of those items that can be used year round (think birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, babies, etc, just by changing up your colors and sentiments!). This is the new Big Beautiful Bow die and it is definitely big and beautiful! I love this thing! It really takes center stage and makes the card a show-stopper!
Tucked in behind the bow is another new die set releasing this month called BotaniCuts Juniper. It's a sprig that I think will work all year long, depending on the berry color you choose! Think pinky-lavender"snowberries", bright purple "beauty berries", soft pink berries in the Spring and of course, all sorts of shades of red berries!
The little tag is included in the Big Beautiful Bow die set and the sentiment is from a new set called, Wrapped in Love: Sentiment Additions.
The larger sentiment is from the new Wrapped in Love stamp set.
PRO TIP: To add some interest and create the look of wrapping paper under that great big bow, look through your stamp stash! Look for something smaller scale and maybe even something that's a two-step stamp situation so you can use a couple different colors, like I did here. I used the floral stamps from Destination: North Pole and stamped them in colors much lighter than the bow. THIS IS KEY if you're planning to stamp a sentiment on the "wrapping paper" like I did here. You don't want the sentiment fighting to be seen, so keeping your pattern in a lighter color and your sentiment in a darker one, helps the sentiment to stand out from the background.

For this card, I stamped a botanical background pattern using several stamps from the new Winterland Layers stamp set. I also tucked a couple die cuts in there from the same set, as well as another new BotaniCuts set....Rowan Branch.
And tucked in there behind it all is a piece of white card stock that I die cut with the Stitched Scallops Notecard Die.
PRO TIP: That small bit of solid white card stock on the scalloped piece, helps to serve as a divider from the busy background and all the die cuts tucked on top.
To help the sentiment really pop here, I stamped it on white and then layered a darker color behind -- slightly off-set -- to give the appearance of a shadow. This also helps to create some definition for the sentiment, so it doesn't get lots in all the stuff behind it.
The ribbon is from Michaels recently.

How about a card and gift tag next? :)
For the card, I used the super fun new Wrapped in Love products to create all those fun rolls of wrapping paper! They're so fun to play with all the patterns and different color combinations!
I topped them all with a Big Beautiful bow.
The sentiments are from Wrapped In Love and I finished things off with a few of the new Mint & Berry Bits. (More about those tomorrow!)
You can also use that large sheet/roll of wrapping paper as a fun gift tag! How cute is that?! I left the part that's meant to be the "back side" of the paper in white because that's how a lot of my real wrapping papers are! And then just added the colorful paper roll on the right.
Those scissors and tape are ridiculously cute! LOL! Silver card stock makes the scissors even cuter! (Or gold, if you have it!)
