Hello there! Welcome back for Day 2 of Autumn Air introductions with The Greetery! Today's a fun one for sure!!
Let's jump right to the projects!!
Ok, so as you can see here, I could not stop using the new Pierced Plaid Plate....it just adds the perfect amount of subtle texture and interest without distracting from the focal point. I think I'm gonna be using that one a lot!
I'm also LOVING the purple/plum/orange color combo for Fall! I had so much fun with ink blending on this awesomely huge sentiment -- Grateful Greetings stamp, stencil and die -- which gives you lots of surface on which to layer and blend colors!
The sentiments are all from the same set, as well as the small floral.
PRO TIP: I love a good left-justified card moment! Remember that not everything has to be centered all the time! And by adding the vertical strip of card stock off on the left, it helps to anchor everything to the left side of the card, drawing the eye in that direction.

Next up is a fun one.....Ok, so first let's talk about the scalloped kraft background. I used the Pierced Plaid Plate on it and this is the BACK SIDE!!! Still an interesting textural addition, even on the back! Then, I ran it through the die cutting machine with the A2 Stitched Scallops Die.
Next, I created the cutie pumpkins with the new Hey Honeycomb Pumpkin die along with the original Hey Honeycomb Basics dies and the scalloped circle from Hey Honeycomb Flower Power, as well as sentiments on the pumpkins, from the original Hey Honeycomb Sentiments stamp set. I also pulled out the previously released Fall Foliage stamp set, to pile on the leaves around the pumpkins.
The Thankful sentiment combo is from the new Autumn Crest stamp set and I die cut one of the foam adhesive sheets from a few months back, with a little heart from Hey Honeycomb Basics die set, and then added new honeycomb balls in two different shades of orange, to the pumpkins!

Ok, one more project for today.....a whole pile of candy tags! I used the new Hey Honeycomb Candy dies paired with the oldie-but-goodie Speed Tagging stamp & die to create this super cute set of gift tags and I used them on a few different types of treat/gift wrap here, so you could see some ideas for ways you could use these.
They'd be great fun for any gift, but you could also use them for party favor treats, just because gifts, gift card wraps, baked goods and more. As you can see, I tied one on a gift bag, a wrapped box, a pop-up box and simply taped one with cute washi, to a flat decorative bag. So many ways to dress up a package with a darling tag!
You could also, of course, dress up Halloween treats with all this cute candy, too!
PRO TIP: In some cases, I stamped the sentiments (from Speed Tagging) directly on the sucker, rather than on the tag! How cute is that?!
Here are loads of still shots so you can see everything up close! Enjoy....
I did some ink blending on some of the candy, to add some variety, but you also don't have to. It's all super cute as-is!
I also added a couple of the really big suckers and punched a small hole in the top, to turn those into tags themselves! You can easily layer them up with an additional tag, like I did on the box above.
